Policy
Return and Exchange Policy:
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our shoes up to 30 days from the day of purchase. If your invoice date has passed the 30 days, we will not be able to honor any return or exchange.
Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must obtain return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will NOT be processed and will be returned to the sender.

Defective shoes:
If you have a defective shoes you may return it for a replacement or refund subject to the following guidelines:
- The customer will receive full refund minus shipping charge
- All shoes returned as defective will be inspected
- If shoes is determined non-defective the customer will incur 20% restocking fee
Please contact us before determining to return.
Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.
Unopened shoes / Non-Defective:
All unopened or non-defective shoes may be returned for a refund subject to the following guidelines:
- Products must be in their original packaging and sellable condition
- 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the order
-shipping cost will be deducted from the order
Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.
Cancelling Orders:
A 20% restocking / cancellation fee and $20 shipping fee will be applied to cancelled orders.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are not refundable except in the event of packing error.
Orders with free shipping will receive refund on the returned products minus the real shipping charge.
Refunds:
We need to receive the returned packages before we can issue refunds. If we do not receive your defective shoes or returned package, we will not be able to issue any refund. Customers are responsible for returning their packages. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds are made in the method in which they were paid.
Please allow 2-3 business day after receipt of your product for the credit to be issued.
